We engineered and designed a 5,000-tonne indoor rice storage plant for PETKUS ASIA LIMITED in Battambang, Cambodia.
The facility integrates 20 hopper bottom silos \(HBS-S 5.30/11/45\) and 4 hopper bottom silos \(HBS-S 4.60/05/45\). Our scope included basic and detailed engineering, general layout design, and flow chart development for the storage area. We executed the architectural drawings required for civil works calculations and realization, alongside the design and static calculation of all steel structures.
The system includes integrated catwalks, platforms, and ladders to ensure structural integrity and operational access. The S-450GD steel construction and modular design meet strict industrial specifications for rice processing environments.
This installation ensures efficient discharge and optimal preservation of the raw material throughout the production cycle.
