The corporate event began with words from MarĂa JesĂșs Sariñena, Mayor of Utebo, highlighting SIMEZA’s impact as an economic engine for the region.
Alberto Baena Sayago, our CEO, reflected on the key factors of our success: “We want to thank our customers and suppliers. Your collaboration has been essential in building SIMEZA’s strength and reputation.” He presented our corporate video, showcasing the daily work in the factory and offices.
Sofia Svensson đŸ, CEO of Tornum Group, expressed: “When we acquired SIMEZA in 2023, our purpose was to continue the path begun fifty years ago. Today, SIMEZA is a center of excellence in steel silos, internationally recognized for its quality.”
The commemorative video traversed five decades with images and testimonials that moved everyone.
At the end, special recognition was given to outstanding workers, former owner Luca Celeghini, and our founders, Eduardo PĂ©rez and Antonio LĂłpez. Each received a commemorative steel plaque, symbolizing the solidity of SIMEZA’s 50 years.
