GENERAL INFORMATION
SIMEZA has been manufacturing storage silos for cereals, flours and other industrial products for over 50 years. It is one of the pioneer Silo companies in Europe with broad experience in the design, production and installation of corrugated steel sheet silos for industrial, agricultural and farm uses.
Grain storage in cylindrical silos made by corrugated steel sheet guarantees perfect conservation, and thanks to specifics accessories, SIMEZA can also ensure proper aeration. SIMEZA silos are designed in a modular way so that they can be assembled quickly. In addition, the high quality materials used in production makes them highly resistant in all types of environments, assuring the conservation of all types of grains. As can be seen in the product catalogue, individual silo storage capacities range from 8 to 25,000 m3.

CE MARKING
As a result of the strong growth in our company's activity and in line with our commitment to continuous improvement, we have obtained the CE Marking for steel structures in accordance with the UNE-EN 1090-1:2011+A1:2012 standard, with a Factory Production Control Certificate ES24/0001379.
Simeza is constantly evolving, adapting our structure and resources to the needs of the market and the environment at all times. We are currently in the process of implementing an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System that complies with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Additionally, we adhere to other Corporate Social Responsibility standards, committing to adopting a set of fundamental principles applicable to all our products and processes.

The German company PETKUS Engineering GmbH purchases Silos Metálicos de Zaragoza S.L. and undertakes an ambitious process of structural changes, implementing its know-how and providing the company with new capabilities with a focus on the company's global expansion.

SIMEZA IS AQUIERED BY TORNUM GROUP
The Swedish-originated Tornum Group acquires Silos Metálicos de Zaragoza S.L. with the ambition to strengthen both companies' offerings in the global market. Through this acquisition, Simeza gains access to a larger sales network, while Tornum gains access to a broader product range.

NEW CEO
In line with the growth strategy of the TORNUM Group, Alberto Baena has been appointed as the new CEO of SIMEZA. In his new position, Baena aims to expand the customer base and strengthen the integration of the companies that make up the Group.
